Biography

Dr. Nicola Meißner is a pediatric dentist, speaker, and coach specializing in hypnosis-based communication in medical contexts. Her professional background combines over 20 years of clinical experience in her own practice with training in medical hypnosis, hypnosystemic coaching, as well as modern methods of communication, anxiety reduction, and resource activation.

After many years of independent practice in Austria—including founding the Kinderzahnordination Salzburg (Salzburg Pediatric Dental Practice) and co-founding the Austrian Society for Pediatric Dentistry (ÖGKIZ)—she relocated her main residence to Berlin in 2023 and founded the coaching and hypnosis practice Hypnonic there.

In her work, she supports medical teams, executives, and individuals in shaping communication in a more conscious, effective, and patient-centered way. The focus is on applying hypnosis-based techniques in everyday practice—for building trust, reducing anxiety, and strengthening self-efficacy in both patients and team members.

Dr. Meißner is active internationally as a speaker and author, delivering seminars and workshops for medical and dental professional groups. Her work is distinguished by high practical relevance, a humorous-empathetic approach, and the translation of complex hypnotherapeutic concepts into everyday clinical practice.
