Michael Teut, Dr. med., is family physician and clinical hypnotherapist. He works as researcher at the Institute for Social Medicine, Epidemiology and Health Economy at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, at the Charités Outpatient Department for Integrative Medicine and also in his private clinic in Berlin . His research interests in hypnotherapy include clinical studies, systematic reviews and developing clinical interventions combining qualitative and quantitative research strategies. He is also expert for nonpharmacological complementary medicine treatment strategies such as yoga, walking, cupping, music therapy, nutritional therapy and exercise. His hypnotherapeutic training workshops include pain managment, therapeutic storytelling and stroke rehabilitation. He is member of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hypnose und Hypnotherapie (DGH) and also ISH.
